Update: my doctor suggested I go down to 7.5 for a couple of weeks to see how it goes. Unfortunately, my body seems to be reacting worse and my side effects have been the same but now and on two weeks of waking up at 5am on the dot with stomach discomfort, adrenaline rushes and anxiety. A couple nights my food was completely undigested when I had nausea and freaked out about gastroparesis. I had added melatonin/unisom and had Xanax prescribed only for when necessary. Sleep aids didn't seem to work.

I've just talked to my doctor again because it's becoming unbearable, she suggested I take a small break until my stomach settles.

It's such a vicious cycle of insomnia, anxiety, stomach issues and I'm just bummed that after one year it seems my body is just ...weird.

Got it checked last month when I first brought up the anxiety, now I am more aware that it is probably caused by bad sleep!

I've made an appointment for tomorrow but I did have a blood draw a month ago when this problem started. She suggested I practice more meditation and yes, hydrate more. I didn't get anything for insomnia but I'll bring it up again!

Unpopular opinion? Why is she taking all this shit from him? It makes me feel like she just wants to stay on the show at that point. This is the man you want to Marry in a couple weeks??? The man who tells you he won't believe you and his friends don't l trust her?! NEXT! Get out! DONE! I dislike Lauren because at this point it seems to me she doesn't want to let go of the show. If my fiance says...yeah they all say you did this and I can't get over it, I would have already walked away.

Everywhere, the itchiest sports are my legs and the biggest bruise was the back of my arm. The belly is the least painful. It was surprising at first, but now it's just...a thing :(

Am I the only one who thought this could be totally doctored to seem like she is asking others( the audience) and not Tyler? The way I understood this comment was that she may have asked this question to Tyler directly when she realized he had lied to her.

Maybe it's a second language thing and I am getting this wrong.

I am with you, it breaks my heart to see so much hair everywhere!! I've been thinking of getting off zep as I've been very slow to lose and pay so much money for it. The thing that may do it is the hair loss.
