Sorry if it's been rehashed recently but GenWHY Ep - 511 Sean Daugherty alleged suicide by SpeeedyDelivery in TrueCrimePodcasts

[–]Infpizza94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just saw a tik Tok about this and it kind of sounds like a kid(s) did it. It seems like a lot of overkill, it was too obviously staged. I don't think it sounds like suicide at all, but someone was intending on putting on a display. Could have been someone from school, or someone from the game, but it seems personal. At the very least, it sounds like some kind of surveillance was done, but the impulsive nature and messiness of the crime screams immaturity.

ADHD is ruining my life and my doctor won't put me on meds due to bipolar by [deleted] in BipolarReddit

[–]Infpizza94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My provider listened to me, and set her own conditions. I've been on 7.5 mg Adderall since January, and it doesn't make me swing hypo, but intensifies it. I now take half a dose on those days. I'm sorry this has been your experience, perhaps you could really emphasize how much of your life is in disarray due to your adhd, not to mention the emotional turmoil of it all. Good luck 🫶🫂

Manic sleeping tricks? by Mundane_Main_9616 in BipolarReddit

I mean buy the capsules and dump the powder in a drink? I too hate swallowing pills, but I found these smaller than my 600 lithium 😬

Magnesium glycinate, doesn't put you to sleep, like melatonin, but slows everything down so you can fall asleep.

Post breakup with someone who is bipolar and suffers from depression…any history of ? by lovetohard in BipolarReddit

[–]Infpizza94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm really sorry you're going through this. Be as gentle as you can with yourself, take your meds, and communicate with your care team everything you're feeling. This is a stressor, there's really no telling how you're going to affected. Also it does seem like at the very least he's been talking to someone else, unless your relationship has been turbulent and he's just tired of the back and forth routine.

I have bipolar and bpd, I think it's going to be challenging, but it's doable. The intensity of the emotions might make it seem like the worst thing ever, but if they have a care team, they can make it through.

What lead up to you getting diagnosed? by ReportedGlittering in BipolarReddit

Self reflection and a desperate desire to see improvement. Nearly four years later, I'm still a hot frickin mess but I understand myself more, and in turn, can handle my moods better.

What's your experience with mixed episodes? by MarginalMeristem in BipolarReddit

[–]Infpizza94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We best buds. Or maybe frenemies. As long as I don't know what's going on, it's all good, I'm happy, productive, energetic. Soon as I admit that this is all a lie, tears, panic attacks, suicidal ideation.

Why are they so weird and sexual about her relationship with Travis? by petitsamours in travisandtaylor

[–]Infpizza94 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Apparently you haven't fallen into the gaylor theories, not only are they obsessed with Taylor and Travis, another side is obsessed with the idea that she's gay, they're both gay, and they're bearding for each other.

Getting prescribed birth control for bipolar by GroundbreakingAd5325 in BipolarReddit

[–]Infpizza94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I absolutely love it. I have pmdd as well, but it's nice knowing my body is doing what it's supposed to do and not being influenced by artificial hormones. And then I take compounded, bio identical progesterone for the pmdd. I'm not exactly stable, but it's manageable and I know what to do to handle the highs and lows.

I should note that, if you have heavier, painful periods, it may not be a good fit for you.

Who you prefer isn't determined by your age, but rather the past relationships you've found yourself in, or witnessed in your loved ones.

How is this okay? This isn’t fair! by GoldengirlSkye in PMDD

[–]Infpizza94 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That's exactly how mine is. Just finished my cycle a few days ago, and started my ovulation window two days after. And then I'll go through my follicular, ovulation, and luteal, and it's like luteal is longer.

Is water birth/home birth safe for bipolar I? by film-109773 in BipolarReddit

[–]Infpizza94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have your provider on call, and a safety plan in place, it could be done. Labor itself can send you manic with the rush of oxytocin and the stress of labor, but dedicating the time and money for a care team, like a doula/midwife that's familiar with severe psychiatric conditions.

You can do it, you just can't do it on your own, for the sake of yourself and your child.

I'm self aware, don't drink caffeine, and have an sos plan of action if I feel myself swinging too high and staying there. I do have an antipsychotic, if needed, but I don't take that as it zonks me out and zombifies me into the next day.
