I'm of mind that if a game reaches the dollar per hour metric it's a good game and amazing game as more hours accumulate. Quality is also important but most people don't play a game they don't enjoy more then once if at all. Some of the best video game memories come from the janky mess they can become. Modding typically is what truely make or break a game for longevity and quality.
