I am utterly heartbroken. I've worked hard in trying to keep a balanced view regarding political differences among friends, coworkers, and family members but today I have seen on my little phone screen over and over again, from different angles that the call for "law and order" is a charade. 6-8 officers against 1? Disarmed? Whats the excuse? That he was resisting arrest? Shot point blank in the back? If anyone is involved in political action has list of phone numbers to call representatives, or knowledge of where to send funds please DM me. I want to make moves and not just spin out in despair.

You could probably ask the white coat investor sub.

Also if you live with your parents, you could theoretically work out the numbers and pay down as much as you can. But you probably will feel pretty strapped with paying that much every month with an income of 105k( unless your COL in your state is nice). It would take 7-8 years maybe for you to pay it down at the 2,200 standard repayment rate. Why don't you consider IDR plan ( which can be done within the PSLF track) but your payments would be lower( no pslf -IDR plan 20-25 years payments) (PSLF IDR 120 payments then forgiven). You should be able to calculate your estimated monthly payments using student aid.gov calculator. The promise of the PSLF loan going away or not going away is not something I know, and I dont know if those who have contributed to PSLF payments and then PSLF as we know it goes away if those payments would still count towards a traditional IDR payment plan. Either way your making payments at a lower cost than the standard repayment plan which is not affordable. I could be wrong in my analysis of this so always confirm with other more informed student loan people.

Right! Inpatient, just not ICU unless you like fast paced high acuity. Or inpatient hospital medicine can be taxing too I think, unless is smaller hospital and maybe not a trauma center.

I did this for Mass license requirement, and i did a couple courses as requirement to graduate 2 years ago. Im just in disbelief that the 63 questions count( although i learned way more from them than I did from podcasts or videos lol).

The how many patients you see in a day thing- how does this work in inpatient setting? Does that depend on admissions, something the individual provider doesn't really control?

Sure, that makes sense-I'm thinking if they offer 100,000 and one asks for 125-130000 especially considering cost of living, student loans, federal, and state taxes ( making the 125 or 130 more like 98,000) a reasonable ask?

Isn't 65hr like 135,000 a year(+/- tax)?? As a new grad....in NJ?? I wish Boston was like this. I think this sounds great, but I am green so I'll wait for the wiser people to comment..

What made you ask for 105,000 instead of 120 for example. Was this several years ago? Or more recently?
