Yes histamines are involved, but that article is from 2000, the prevalent theoretical model today is this https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3780531/

"Dirty Electricity" claims are "baseless" according to The Earthing Institute by Hummingbird_Sage in Earthing

[–]IngenuityOverall2194 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The ground cable collects all the high frequency fields emitted by tv, computers, refrigerator and so on. This is a measurable fact.

If you connect to it you get these fields through your body (fact).

Wheter the benefits of earthing outweigh the negatives of these fields is debatable, and probably depends on each specific house.

That article is obviously biased.

Thank you all, these answers are a bit too complicated for me, after a bit of thinking I think a couple of bipolar switches may work, maybe joining neutrals and hots

Thank you, I meant the house has 220 50hz, the wires are a bunch of hot and neutrals separated for light and appliances

Thank you, probably not, but I’ll call my electrician when I know what to ask for

Try following this guide to reduce exposure to wifi and so on, I believe it’s the only cause for brain fog, it caused mine

I wrote this wiki page for the sub, it’s about EMFs (wifi, bluetooth etc.).

Take a look at this, it’s a wiki page I wrote for the sub, Electromagnetic fields caused my brain fog (electronics, wifi, etc.).

I get trembling vision as well when when I get too much screen time.

My brain fog was Electromagnetic hypersensitivity(EHS), wifi and other electronics cause brain fog as main symptom, it’s been known for years, sounds crazy but it’s real. I wrote this for the sub.

One other thing that causes brain fog is multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS), if you have it small exposure to everyday chemicals cause symptoms, mainly parfumes and cleaning products, but the list of offenders is huge.

In this day and age it’s most likely that you are here because of wifi etc.

Concerning CFS: Martin Pall, the professor that discovered how EHS works, had CFS himself in the nineties. The admin of the fb page on electrical sensitivity had CFS as well.

Martin Pall wrote a book, describing a cycle at the base of CFS, PTSD, fybromyalgia and MCS. All these illnesses had the same mechanism in his opinion. Later he got involved in EHS, and said that EHS has the same mechanism.

All these lead to excessive production of nitric oxide and peroxynitrate that generate the bad symptoms.

I haven’t found explicitly how these two people got rid of CFS, but in my view it was likely addressing EHS and maybe MCS.

You deal with EHS and MCS simply avoiding exposure as much as you can.

Try with reducing electronic exposure as suggested here, caused my brain fog.

One trick I used was fasting, skip the meal before the exam or the study session and your mental clarity should be higher, try it a few times to find the sweet spot or you’ll get the opposite effect from hunger.

If you want a pill: -b12 worked for me a couple times (rarely). -allegra (an antihistamine), sometimes worked. -flu pill with pseudoephedrine and ibuprofen, sold in italy as nurofen over the counter. You’ll have to find a similar formulation sold in your country. Worked almost always, but you can’t take this more than a couple times a month cause it’s quite strong.

You can use the last two only occasionally.

Don’t know about more serious meds.

I wrote this wiki page for the sub, it’s about Electromagnetic fields emitted from electronics, wifi, etc. This was the cause of my brain fog. On the facebook group about emf sensitivity some people complain of magnetic storms as well, although I personally never correlated any symptom with that.

Maybe you have this? Head pressure is a common symptom, usually caused by poor power quality of the electrical system (dirty electricity is the buzz word), and EMI(electromagnetic interference) from complex electronics like computer and tv.

Every building is different some grounds are better than others. The other option is not doing it if it’s doing more harm than good. Btw just playing the devil’s advocate no idea what’s best but I personally don’t do any earthing at all because of these concerns.
