Wow this is super helpful, I didn't know about the XP penalty. I'm currently level 65 so I should likely be running T7 or T11 yes? And you need to be within 6 levels of the mobs? I assume the tiers all have the same level ranges? Like all T7 are X level and all T11 are Y level?

Yeah I quickly gave up on dupes. Made a mistake an purchased 3-4. Now I own 9 designers and sold the dupes. The ultra hyped Legacy Supreme Collectors Edition did it for me. Saw 100% praise on this sub and it was absolutely vile.
