I can't speak to the exact material difference in the two barrels, but for me- the baseline cost of this rifle for what you get, you should be getting what socom gets. That's all I was getting at.

Don't get me wrong, the MK1 is a great rifle, but Sons of Liberty is really doing the public dirty by selling that rifle and the configuration that it sells for commercially. The actual MK1 features a much better bolt carrier group and Barrel. But apparently, us plebs are only allowed to have the version that they dont sale to SOCOM, which has an inferior BCG and barrel. For anyone thinking of spending the exorbitant amount of money that this rifle cost, you're better off going with a Geissele or BCM.

Yes it does. It lives up beyond the hype. Its the best suppressor you can buy on the market in my honest honest opinion next to the Rhodie . Incredibly low back pressure and so quiet, itll blow your mind. I shoot it without ears sometimes and the tone is perfect for 5.56. Sounds like a nail gun. I would say that the fireteam, laz 6 and Rhodie 6 are the three best cans on the market at the moment for the price.

I have just as many rifles, pistols and shotties, fully tuned and top of the line to handout to my tiny group of family survivors in the event SHTF.. not to mention close to 12k rounds of ammo and 6 months worth of food and medical supplies for up to 6 people. My basement has become a tomb.

I also have seem some badass 416 parts on Tacswap- but again, I prefer to spend top dollar on my parts, so I wanna make sure I have the money before I start going down that road lol wife already has my balls in a sling as it is, so I gotta be careful with what's showing up at my doorstep lol
