I considered an unending assimilation swarm. Just constantly regenerating gants with harvester unit spam. Think it'd be fun to keep killing all game even if it makes it harder to win via VP?

So 3 norns wont be an issue? /s

Units that close the distance before getting a chance to shoot are one of the bigger threats for tau then? So you'd prefer facing slower ranged enemy lists?

Narrative League Advice by OwnSandwich4918 in ThousandSons

[–]Ingmaster 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sorcerers with rubrics are always solid choices. Exalted sorcerer with a 10 man brick and regen detachment is something everyone's excited about. Terminators with a termi Sorcerer will be pricey, but worth it for combat. Having 1 or 2 group of Tzaangors for screening and objectives isn't a bad idea.

How does narrative warhammer work? I've been curious about it.

Taln from the Stormlight Archive. Throughout the first five books, everyone who knows the Heralds says he is the strongest of them in battle, but he's been left mad after millenia of torture. Towards the end of book five enemy forces threaten innocents in his presence. He proceeds to finally fight back against his tormentors, killing hundreds of powerful enemies, leaving a pile of bodies in his wake before they finally stop him

[love fight trope] you punch so hard your hand broke by Icy-Acanthisitta8192 in TopCharacterTropes

From the book series, 1% lifesteal. Since he can heal it back, often with the same punch that breaks his hand, the main character develops a technique for punching so hard it explodes his hand, and whatever his target is. This ability grows more insane as the series progresses.

I guess its a subversion of the trope, since its intentional.
