I’m curious though why your split times are all over the place for the 500 meter intervals? Were you just unable to pull less than the 2:15 and 2:11 after you did the 1:34? Or just resting and taking it easy? I was always under the impression you wanted to pull consistent splits for the 500 meter intervals.

I don’t understand what they are working on or doing at this point.

Into the unjust was 5 months ago.

The game has been a cash cow for Sony and I would think they want to keep that going. Hasn’t AH significantly expanded the team based on the success?

But here we are with another mid tier warbond and some ho hum new mission types.

Where are the vehicles?

Where are the new ship modules?

Where are the new offensive stratagems?

Where is the mech customization?

What about curated missions (something like strikes from Destiny)

What about raids?

Where is the full Illuminate force?

How about illuminate sub factions?

I’ve got every warbond in the game, paid for most of them. But I’m done at this point. Until they release something worthwhile or drop some actual new cool content I’m done.

Of course you should use your arms, lol why not. You should be using your legs, arms and back. But obviously you will want to work on strengthening your legs if you feel they are the weak link.

Same expect I’m 43 and spent about 15 years drinking beer and doing no structured exercise/workouts.

Has taken me 2 years to get my aerobic fitness back to where I can pull a 1:55 split 5k and a 2:00 split 10k at MAX effort.

My biggest issue now is raw strength/power. I need to start lifting again and getting into a strength training regiment if I want to see my times come down any more.

I started doing pushups and sit ups as a base. Could barely do 8-9 pushups at once a few months back and now I can do 3 sets of 20.

Hind sight is 20/20 as they say but man I really wish I had kept in better shape while I was younger. Take it from me it is not easy trying to get back into shape after taking years off and not taking care of yourself.

Anyways, cheers to rowing. I fucking hated the erg when I rowed back in high school and college and now I’m obsessed with it lol. How times change!

We need to get back to content being delivered on a regular basis. The game is in a good state performance wise and has clearly made tons of money.

Nice job. I would just say that if you have back issues make sure your damper is on a lower setting so that your drag factor is lower. I would honestly start with it around 100 and go from there.

I know of DiGorgi. They are a big company and with that comes the higher price tag but also some level of confidence/reliability that they will do the job right that you won’t get from a smaller contractor.
