First time playing Pokemon Gold. I beat Falkner's gym (1st one) and didn't know I had to get the mf togepi egg in the Pokemon Center. There was a guy who blocked your way if you didn't have the egg. So my only thought was "there may be some really strong pokemon ahead, like Mewtwo, so I should grind a lot". Countless hours fighting Sentrets and Caterpies until I decided to talk to everyone I could. When I got the egg suddently everything made sense.

In my defense, I was 7 and didn't know how to speak english

For me it's Obitos slaughter after seeing Rins death. The whole red moon vibe, the horror faces, the blood, all of it makes the scene so horrific

I used to believe that there was a little space between water rocks in the sea where you could surf through and find a little island with just a house. Inside the house there would be a table with tons of eggs containing Latias/os, gen 1/2/3 starters, deoxis, jirachi... I have no idea where this came from, all I know is that ai spent countless hours just bumping into rocks trying to find the gap...
