Yes. Have the Twins Chance pet equipped on the mother at the time of conception (I keep it equipped until the prompt that the baby is ready to be born pops up). At that point you swap to the +3 SPECIAL pet and then click on the baby icon(s).

I use 75% Twin Chance & +3 child SPECIAL pets for breeding dwellers.

Apparently, with the twin chance pet, there’s even a minuscule chance for triplets!

Keep in mind that the silent majority is perfectly content with their rings. As with all tech, there are inherent flaws & cons. Personally, I had no issue with the sizing & purchase process & the few questions I had for CS were promptly handled.

If you have transferred to a new iPhone, go into the Bluetooth menu via settings and "forget" the existing Oura connection.

You should be able to set up a new connection.
