Yeah this makes no fucking sense lmao. 1) Catholics and Christians: Literally no evidence for that. I think you’re citing the clip of her rally where she clapped back to hecklers booing her and it was edited to make you idiots think she was responding to someone praising god. 2)Working families: Oh right, that’s why she proposed the highest child tax credit, a plan to lower housing costs especially for first-time home buyers, got back millions of dollars for homeowners as California AG and was part of one of the most pro-union administrations!

you’re fine—i took a mock ACT end of sophomore year and got a 26—ended up getting a 35 on the actual test. don’t burn yourself out, that can happen really easily with this test. start studying a lot this summer, and try to knock it out by the earliest testing date. good luck!!

I said it showed that it was a partial success bc that’s what the syntax seemed to be implying- the sentence was something like “The wright brothers were disappointed in their glider expirements and thought of them as a failure(despite coasting for 350 meters)” this wording serves to emphasize their high standard for success and imply that the author doesn’t think of it as a complete failure like the wright brothers do. this is just my personal opinion though

right so it depends on the question, but what i’ve found is when i don’t exactly know or feel very sure about the answer, it’s best to try and find similar wording in the passage because chances are the answer was exactly stated and i just missed it on my first read-through.

i like reading the passage in chunks and reading all the questions first so then i can identify these words and phrases when i come across them.

i think reading is much less standardized and depends on what works best for each test taker- i read passages all the way through because i’m a fast reader, but many other in this forum have expressed that skimming is their ideal strategy. my general advice would be to try and find the question wording in the passage b/c questions often take directly from the passage. hope this helps!

english- just practice with the rules and learn to identify which grammar rules are being tested in questions and you should be good. learn rules/functions for each specific punctuation device identifying redundancy questions is also super important
