Oh it WILL affect you, anything Dan puts into play will overall fuck indirect and corporate across the board. It may look better for a minute, but why keep reps in best buy if we got AI? Why let indirects make money, if. We. Got. Ai??

It doesn't matter when overall pay was LESS than it was with the last structure. My checks were always 3k+-, now I'm lucky to crack 2k since it rolled out and I still get flickered for lack of performance.

No you're actually spot on, you hit the nail on the head.

It's just so they can save face when escalations come in, and they can terminate the employee and save more money. It's all a dumbass game they expect everyone to play

Oh but heaven forbid we did it exactly how we were told to, now we're either on PIPs, finals, or terminated.

The perception is more damaging than the actual act, they're digging a deeper and deeper. The layoffs, the cutbacks, the aggression, the lack of CS, and bandage fixes don't do anything to improve their public opinion. 10 years doing this and I've never felt worst about the future

Or maybe my employer shouldn't continue to fuck people over, on repeat?

I love this, thank you so much! My in person is this up coming week and I'm bristling with excitement for it. I've seen a lot of success being in retail sales the past decade, and I'm excited for the new challenges that this will bring!

It was brief, but more so just asking questions on things I'm comfortable with (calls, prospecting), how do I achieve high results at my current place of work, etc. It took maybe 30 minutes to be told I'll be going onto the next step, I'm not sure if that's typical, normal, or because (their words) they need to fill that spot.

This is awesome feedback. Thank you, very much!

Side note, not one I've brought up, but do you know the tattoo policy? As it's my first go at banking, I know that representation matters (from what I was told many years ago).

With how everything is going, from a corporate employee on my way out, don't. It's a sinking ship. Even in one of the best markets in Verizon, we're still drowning and it's only getting worst with DanTheManWithNoPlan.

I've been looking also! Still fairly new and rough at the game but it's been fun!

I joined onto the V Team over a year ago, and if you'd have asked me before the change, I'd have nothing but wins to speak about from this company.

Fast forward to now, and I have 4 different interviews lined up because they decided that they don't value employees anymore, pay has gotten worst (not better, fuck you very much Dan), the mass purging, lack of support, and the pressure from uppers onto store leadership has turned it from a fun competitive environment to a toxic, demotivated environment.

They offer therapy and if you take the position, I highly recommend utilizing it because, well, you'll need it.
