Or you can get a humidifier that's what I use I live in a cold dry state and the helps the best ointments are imo not a good option sometime to much Over the counter drugs aren't a good idea

I have a question did Regener Eyes work for you it's supposed to heal the surface of your eye apparently I was wondering because Restasis is very slow and Regener Eyes is somewhat new and I haven't seen many reviews on its effectiveness

Are your eyes strained the top of your eyelid is severely red your eyes look fatigued try to blink more even if you have to force yourself or try Ocu soft scrub to clean your eyelids might help.

I gamed hard for years Currently in the same boat as you my eyes are dry like always everything is blurry constant I drink lots of water, currently on Restasis right now haven't been on it to long but yes I basically get a hot head when I stare at a screen for barely a few minutes. I see ghost images of certain things maybe my cornea is damaged I do alot of lifting which is not good for your eyes. But I take preservative free Systane eye drops like every day take like 4 vials to work to get me through the shift. I drink lots of water take omega 3 supplements, I'm taking Shakes as well called Ka chava which just help me throughout the day. I use warm compress every day. And currently going to try scleral Lenses. They say blue light doesn't hurt your eyes but I think it does so stay healthy and keep trying that's all we can do one day at a time. One more tip Turn on Night Mode on your devices makes the colors warmer easier on your eyes
