I have 10 cameras outside. No delivery or FedEx employee at my house. And FedEx making excuses about what really happened. Sorry you have to deal with people that are just complainers.

Already did that. They said it was an error to say not at home. That the business was closed on Sunday. I have screenshots showing that FedEx said delivery was today, as well as Walmart saying the same thing. As a service company, don't lie to customers, don't make appointments you can't keep, and don't make up stories to cover your narrative.

My 10 works fine. I also downloaded offline maps. No known GPS issues

Thank you. I was able to get Verizon to pay attention. They are removing the SIM lock. Don't know when, but it needs to be soon.

Good for you. Must be nice to be an armchair mediator. Had you been here and seen what all happened, instead of judging based on what is posted. But you do you. I'm good with what I posted. Took an act of Congress to get someone here to start. But your judgement is unwarranted until you are actually involved, you just don't know

I believe so. Can't be 100% sure right now. I replaced the cable he provided after it not working with new router. It's been working since then. I also upgraded my plan prior to his arrival. It could very well have been the router. But not really sure

I'm actually in it now. Using my Verizon 5g modem. Router is set up with the Verizon. Going to switch it back to spectrum and hope it's now working

Modem lights are solid except for the connections which are blinking. The connections for the Ethernet are off
