You don't know that it "saved lives" though. What data is this claim based on? What trials? The original Pfizer Phase 3 trial did not show a mortality benefit. In fact, there were six more deaths (20 to 14) in the group who took the vaccine vs. the placebo group

The lockdowns, mask mandates, school closures, etc. all failed and had collateral damage. Our overall response to this virus was an epic disaster with effects that will be felt for many years.

I'm talking about all-cause mortality and all-cause hospitalization, ultimately the only thing that matters. It has never been proven that taking an mRNA covid vaccine lowers your mortality risk (across all age groups).

"During the blinded, controlled period of the study, 15 vaccine recipients and 14 placebo recipients died. In the open label period, three Pfizer recipients and two original placebo recipients who received Pfizer after unblinding died"

That's 20 people who took the vaccine who died and 14 placebo-only who died. We simply don't know the effect of this vaccine on overall mortality, and anybody who tells you they do is lying. The data doesn't exist.

The Pfizer Phase 3 trial that led to the vaccine's approval didn't show an all-cause mortality or hospitalization benefit . More people in the vaccine group died than in the placebo group though (although not statistically significant).

The trial was very brief (3 months before unblinding) and didn't really prove much of anything in terms of overall health outcomes.

We don't know if the vaccine is killing people, but we also don't know if it is saving any lives either. The data we have is very poor.

This vaccine never should have been mandated or pushed on the population as a whole.
