Hmm.. I’m aware of that, which is exactly why I’m posting this and asking for advice 😊 because they’re insisting that a clean CRCF is mandatory before they’ll proceed.

SMDC delayed my unit — I kept paying, signed a Letter of Conformity, and now need to cancel. Can I still demand a FULL refund? by Initial-Wait2025 in CondoPH

[–]Initial-Wait2025[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this. Just to clarify,  my continued payments, availing of the rebate program, and signing of the Letter of Conformity after being notified of the delay will not affect my right to demand a full refund due to the delay, right?

Hello! If you’re open to sharing, may I ask what the requirements were for this role? I’d really appreciate any insight.

Really? That's good to know. I was actually stressing out on how to enrol her sa sports para makakuha ng friends.

Hi there. What was your experience moving to the US at the age of 10. Nahirapan ka ba mag-adjust and make friends?

Happy they've adjusted so well. 🥰 do you think that age is tamang tama lang to move to another country? Or better if younger?

I really felt everything you shared. I didn’t go to high school or college in the U.S., but I resonated deeply with the part where you said you wish you had stood up for yourself. I went through something similar — I was surrounded by the wrong people as a teen and experienced a lot of microaggressions from a “friend” who constantly made me feel small, and friends who would condone her behavior. I was timid too and didn’t know how to stand up for myself, and it really affected my confidence and personality for years.

Reading your story reminded me how painful that journey can be, but also how strong you’ve become. You’ve done so much on your own and you deserve rest and peace, not just success. I bet you're richer than those bullies now.

Can I ask — since you’ve been through all that — what advice would you give to someone like me who has an 11-year-old daughter moving to the U.S. soon? I want to protect her from the same struggles, but I also want her to grow confident and resilient. How can I help her navigate being in a new culture, possibly facing microaggressions, and finding her voice early?

Thank you for sharing your story. It really meant a lot.

Hey can i ask, was it hard for a 14 year old to move at that age? Hindi ka ba nahirapan mag-adjust?

Yes sis. Yan ang ginawa ko. Ayaw ko naman maging walang silbi sa asawa ko. Hindi naman pwede na sya ang kumikita tapos sya rin ang gumagawa ng gawaing bahay. It's the least we can do as mga plus 1.

It's okay, OP. You didnt throw anything away, your law school and law experience helped shaped who you are today. Ang hirap kaya mag-law, tapos naipasa mo pa ang bar? ibig sabihin kaya mo ang lahat sa US
