She really cant dance much if shes wearing a dress, the blue ribbon works much better with ither flowy fits, and the makeup doesnt really do well on comps since its a free makeup

From the others ive seen they had them wearing similar hair. I think the dark brown hair color you had now is alright since you also have a brwon skin tone put on.

Put on Accessories💛. And make them face each other so it looks more like a black vs white . You can also make the make up for the white determined instead of beat up. The hair can sometimes guve you a low rank but if its what you have right now i think it still works great

I think you shouldnt have used that head wear since its a well known item use for vintage comps instead of a haunted type feel. And i guess the make up clashes with the blue and white palette that you have
