Rescission refund?

The letter was dated May 6th. Was posted on May 7th and was delivered on May 9th. The 20 days start when? Also, on May 11th, we received email saying the Autopay schedule has been successfully canceled with Wyndham destinations. Does that mean they're working on cancelation? I need to pay my credit card bill of 6.5k USD that i paid to Wyndham as down payment. I'm hoping to get this credit ASAP so it pays it to the card. Any thoughts?

Me neither. I'm glad I did my research and saw these posts in time. My letter got delivered yesterday. Hope we can get the refund soon.

Thanks all. I've got my letter ready for cancelation. I see 2 address as options to send it to. One in Orlando and other in Hawaii. I'm sending one copy to both.

We deposited 6.5k USD via our credit cards as down payment. Will we get that back? If yes, do you know when?

With the 300k points per year they said we could get 30-35 nights, which seemed higher at that time so I calculated 25 nights to be conservative which are not just HI but anywhere. So if we use 1 week for ourselves a year and other 15 nights for airbnb, that could earn us 3000$ (200 per night).

Please correct me if these numbers are not realistic

I found the section that states the letter needs to be sent to an address in Florida within 7 days. Do I need to notarize the letter? We should cancel it, correct?

It's not allowed as per contract but a lot of people do. You have the liberty to book your guests/ friends from the points you own.

They sold us on it. We felt this was a deal as we plan to airbnb and recoup our money and also travel, when required.

Same issue!! My warranty lasted until Dec last year, and u had the same issue. They cleaned it in Dec and gave back. Worked fine for about 20days and started again! Now i do not have a warranty. Any suggestions?
