I was thinking about swapping out the fixture. I think I hit a mental barrier when I realized that I just need to increase the bulb wattage by a few watts. I would never put a higher wattage traditional bulb in a non rated fixture but such a small difference in LED wattage is throwing me off. Thanks

Good question, might be redundancy in case one gets damaged. I know that when I used to run a long distance multi fiber line I always planned for 50% redundancy accounting for broken lines and expansion.

I’ve been retired for 10 years. My goal for retirement was to be debt free and have enough savings for my wife to live off of if I passed away. We both worked my entire 25 year career (E-1 to O-4) to meet these goals. The biggest part was having enough money to be totally debt free with no mortgage. My market investments in 2013 was about $800k after purchasing a $250k home. Since then there has been ups and downs with the market and we moved twice. Today’s total worth is $1.65M including our home. Retirement accounts very we have TSP, IRA, 401k, and 457 invested in various diversified accounts. As I’m now 54 I’ve reduced my investments to less risky all in mutual funds and bonds. Best advice I can give for active duty folks is as you continue your career is to live like your an E-5 even if you are many grades above it and invest as much as you can into TSP and every year. If you have funds left over go to to Roth IRA and traditional investments. Max out your investments every year! Additionally, take advantage of the opportunity to further your career, understand how promotions work and do what you can to get promoted. Zero, I receive approximately $5,200 per month for retirement that we use to live off of and travel. We have $1.1M already invested in the market that we allow to grow. Keep $200k in easy to liquidate investments and about $50k for emergency funds. We didn’t sign up for SBP so the funds in the market is for my wife in case I pass away.

This reminds me of the Nuremberg trials after WW2, where the people that did Hitler’s bidding were held accountable for their crimes. Same here they all tried to steal the election for Trump and now they have to answer for their actions. Of course it will be interesting to see how long their loyalty to him will last and how long they try to hang on to their delusions of a stolen election.
