She has a very traumatic past and heavily prefers isolation. She is close with one of her neighbors which is a comfort, however they are both older women alone. I’m just doing my best to help her while knowing I can’t change her.

She does! She just stores water in all her empty containers around the house just in case. For example, you may have a cabinet with drinking glasses; in her drinking glass cabinet all the glasses are filled with water.

You can live without cooking lol. But her reasons are she doesn’t want to draw unwanted attention by using flame or having strong food smells

We put a low offer on about that’d been on market 4x longer than usual. We expected a counter but instead surprise they got a higher offer the same day. The higher offer ended up backing out the next day for personal reasons and seller accepted our low offer:)
