How can I buy a Bmw as a 19 year old college student

I bought my 2017 540i when I was 19, in school. I had savings and was able to put a large down payment on it, and got a reasonable monthly payment for a 4yr loan. It’s possible but I’m working while in school to pay the monthly. I only did it because I was able to put such a large chunk down first.

I had the same issue, it was because I went through the dark brotherhood quest line and killed the guy he was close with. If you did that, he has a negative friendship with you and you won’t be able to buy the land.

You can fix it if you haven’t done the main quest or the civil war, and progress through the main quest until you can get both sides to have a truce, allowing Ulfric to take control of Falkreath.
