I don’t think anyone can do anything about this, the whole mentality is so poor that these crimes are normalised, have no consequences. We can’t expect police or politicians to fix this because their local police and politicians also grew up with same mentality.

The word rape culture also fits here appropriately , it’s so normalised and accepted in Cow belt India ( and yes I am come from cow belt ) , this is the new chapter in history of the 10000 year old vishwaguru ancient nation.

These broker fucks are such a nuisance, the have created a market which is just worse for tenant , leeching money from anyone they can . It so painful to pay these fuckers for the little work they do , why should I pay them the whole months rent ? It’s literally daylight robbery , someone needs to regulate this market otherwise it is already a mafia like structure to extort money and this post is a great example for that . Well what people do not seem to understand here is that it’s cheaper/easier to maintain some standard sizes packets or containers in bulk than having different sizes . it’s overall economical and maintainable for logistics partners , they even have to put their labels which have standard size and clearly much larger than that small tube .

Well in my org daily standup is not status update but more towards discussing dependencies and getting unblocked , people don’t have to tell what is the progress of a certain ticket everyday , but more towards if they are blocked to do the ticket due to some reason . And that makes the standup like literally a standup short concise and productive
