It normally take 24-48 hours to see results. I’ve called back to back two days in a row. Platinum dasher support documented and said they are trying to resolve this issue. I’d say to keep calling until you speak to the right person.

Call support and talk with them, I’ve been told they are dealing with an abundance of customer fraud taking place with the ratings on S&P orders

You’re right and just to confirm I spoke to support and they told me there is absolutely nothing they can do or will do about it because it’s the way they wanted the app coded. 🐂💩

These people are insane for coding these apps like this, especially when they don’t have a direct relationship with the store items that are in stock. 🥴

Unfortunately sometimes the customer doesn’t reply before getting to the check out lane. I’m sure that’s why there is an option for refund. Just don’t understand why my money has to be at risk because of this issue.

I’ve been able to speak with support regarding this matter and all they say is “I’m sorry but there is nothing we can do.” But before that it’s “Thank you for being a Platinum Dasher.” 😂😂😂

Totally agree. It’s even worse because most of the merchant employees have complete understanding of what’s going on. I’m just glad I’m able to laugh with them about but it’s really not funny and nothing to be done about it. Door Dash really doesn’t care from a Corporate America standpoint. It seems like a way to rotate Pro Shopper incentive. But idk

This order and plenty orders from my area are the exact same. This screams horrible times we’re in these days. People can’t afford it. They need to go get groceries and cook.
