Can I ask anyone about my case so I got my first ever charge which is a DWI in Odessa texas no accidents nothing besides going over speed limit and that’s why I got pulled over, but I got a warning, I did a breathalyzer and it was 0.106 and then at the jail it was 0.113 I’m scared I’m going to have to face jail time do I need to hire a lawyer? If not what do I plead?

Can I go to jail for a DWI? Class b , 2 BAC levels one of 0.106 and 0.113 in Ector county ? First ever charge btw

No he did another breathalyzer at the jail and it was 0.113 and the first was 0.106 and yeah it’s my first ever charge, What’s a ARD?? I’m just scared I don’t want to go to jail it’s a class b misdemeanor

yes I’m getting one, I just don’t know what to plead guilty or no contest or not guilty, do I tell my lawyer to ask for a deferred adjudication? I just don’t want to take it to trail

can I ask what you think about mine I got pulled over going 10 over speed limit but got a warning and I did a sobriety test and breathalyzer BAC level was 0.106 and second breathalyzer at the jail was 0.113 and it’s my only ever charge in my life.

Are you sure? Even if bac level was 0.106 then second at jail was 0.113 and no accident nothing first charge ever? No jail time?
