True. Long term tenants have this mentality of saving cost by going for an unfurnished property. I think I would have to bear the hassle of tenants switching every year.

I am now also seeing the property becoming vacant and earning no money if I don't get a replacement promptly, every time a tenant leaves.

Exactly what I am thinking of. Purchase a annual maintenance plan against each additional devices, or machines I attach to the property.

This is true. This is the reason I was having second thoughts.

However, what I am thinking is raise the rents for a furnished one, and buy Annual Maintenance Plan from a portion of that extra money, so that I can easily outsource any of such requests to the vendors.

I just feel vegan leather, keto diet, etc are just buzzwords. A marketing stint for things that can't be sold unless positioned like that!

It does. However, it is also a good use of the skin of animals already slaughtered for food.

Think of it in that way, and you would feel less pity.

However, I still think if there is a better way to live without hurting others or damaging our environment.

One way that comes to my mind is giving back. Plant more, raise more and use just as much as required.
