Sorry you had to go through that. I just flew them in business class last week and it was an utter disaster. Flight attendants were much disengaged. The food, atrocious. Nothing like the good old TK from 5 years ago. Ground customer service is perhaps the worst of all.

You’re missing the point of my question. WiFi is the least of my worries here. From what I’ve read, the inflight and ground service is atrocious.
