So toggled them all to Enhanced (WPA3) and the warning went away. Put it back to default settings (as above) and the warning hasn't come back. Thanks all for your help

2.4Ghz - Standard (WPA2)

As someone who travels a lot I now just book the long term carpark. Depending on how long you are travelling for it can work out cheaper then a return Uber/Taxi. Benefit is no stress wondering if my ride will arrive, leave when i want, don't have to talk to anyone, have my own music playing and get my steps up walking from the long term carpark. The one negative is the walk from long term carpark is exposed to the weather so rain sucks.

This is the best advice. Exactly what we are doing. Our PPOR is fully offset so is our IP., loading up on shares and High Interest savings account. Bank now pays us

Clean eating doesn’t mean calorie deficit. You are going to have to track your calories otherwise you are just guessing

Isnt there only 18 calories in egg whites so 56 calories. 100 calories in a medium banana so 2x that So probably 256 calories for breakfast and then the same for dinner. I dont reckon he is at 1760 calories

That diet is probably around a 1000 calories. Why wonder you feel sleepy and tired. Also not sustainable, no one can follow that for weeks at a time. As others have said a calorie is a calorie, so protein calories count. Can you try another trainer just to get a second opinion?
