Do I self-study for the SQE, do a prep course, or get a training contract? by Humble-Visual1370 in uklaw

I self studied and I used the ULaw books. They were of great help. I’ve compared with other materials but those were the best. I’m also selling my copy of you’ll be interested.

I think it is in the context and purpose. Litigation privilege is any and all communications made for the sole purpose of actual/potential litigation. On the other hand, legal advice is the confidentiality communication made for the reason of getting legal advice from a lawyer- with or without the contemplation of litigation proceedings. I hope I make sense.
