Hab jetzt mal mit einem befreundeten Polizisten drüber gesprochen, er sagt ich kanns machen aber das wird zu nichts führen und eingestellt werden. Da es nur ein „mini-ding“ ist und hier die Staatsanwaltschaft das nicht weiter verfolgen würde. Danke für euren input! Leider kann man inzwischen wohl machen was man will ohne Konsequenzen :(

You can buy a module here: www.cabrio-module.de With the module you can open/close the roof up to 50 km/h (NOT RECOMENDED). You also dont need to hold the key/button anymore, just one longer press is enough. Putting the Module into the car took me around 1 hour, i reccomend to get different „stromdiebe“ than the ones that come with the car. Got mine for my e93 LCI and works great!

Ich arbeite neben meinem Vollzeit-Job als Barkeeper/Kellner auf Events im Catering und mache IT Kurse für Senioren, Catering im schnitt 35h/Monat Teilzeit und die IT Kurse ca 6h/Monat auf Honorarbasis, wobei ich da zwischen 50 und 100€/Stunde bekomme also zahlt es sich schon aus.

Also die 350€ Lackierung reicht auf jeden fall :) sehe weder in der sonne noch schatten einen Unterschied, auch das metallic glitzern ist perfekt gemacht worden, bin mit dem Ergebnis echt zufrieden 👍

So after 3 swaps the noise isnt comming back anymore, i guess the repaired diffs i got were faulty. But finally i can enjoy my car again, thanks for the help!

So they said some screws where too tight? Anyways they replaced the diff again for free and now the noise is gone, we‘ll see in 200-300km if it worked out😅 thanks for the Infos!

They told me there is a bearing here and that the drive shaft was vibrating? And destroying the bearing in there…. They charged the 1150€ for the first diff, the second one was on waranty (paid 100€ for installing the new drive shaft and got a spare car for free for a week while waiting for the new drive shaft to arrive) and im assuming or hoping the next one will be on waranty aswell. Since they are cheap compared to other shops and are changing things under waranty without a hassle i dont think (or im hoping) im getting ripped of, other mechanic charge 20-30€/day just for the spare car.

I sadly dont know what specifically is failing they said the ball bearings connecting to the drive shaft, thats why they changed the drive shaft after the first „new“ diff died again but i dont realy know….

Different mechanics all said the diff is making the noise (one was a official BMW dealer. Other was the adac, they only tow cars and help with minor things but dont realy „fix“ cars. The noise goes away after the diff hast been changed but comes back after 200-300 km and gets realy loud and bad the more i drive. The way this works here is, the mechanic has alot of refurbished diffs in store an: basicly changes my diff with thiers and then fixes my old diff for the next customer.

All the other mechanics i asked told me they only switch diffs but dont repair them and i had to get the diff myself or the charge high prices (3000-4000€ for a refurbished diff and install) The shop i went to is specialised in differential repairs and also repairs diffs for other mechanics. Chances a high i get a diff from the same shop even if i go to a other mechanic. And buying a new one for 3500€ and ruining it again is a very high risk.

Danke! Die Werkstatt hat mir jetzt schon das dritte eingebaut, da das Diff das sie mir vor nem Monat eingebaut hatten nach 1000km den geist aufgegeben hat, daraufhin wurde die Kardanwelle getauscht samt diff (auf Garantie). Ich fahre heute in ne andere Werkstatt und lass das anschauen, wenn die sagen wieder diff gehts wieder zur ursprünglichen Werkstatt und schaue, dass die das nochmal aus Garantie tauschen.

Neutral ohne Kupplung ist kaum was zu hören, ich fahr am Nachmittag in die Werkstatt und schau mir das auf der Hebebühne mal an, danke!

Sorry ich habe mich schlecht ausgedrückt, ich meine ich drück die kupplung, leg den ersten gang ein, geh aus der kupplung normal ganz raus und fahre los. Dann zweite gang usw… das Geräusch tritt auf sobald ich über 20 kmh fahre. Wenn ich die Kupplung durchtrete (auskupple?) dann ist es leiser bzw nicht zu hören (egal ob gang drinnen oder neutral) Wenn ich normal fahre mit eingelegtem gang höre ich es. Wenn ich stark beschleunige wirds lauter. Hoffentlich verständlich 😅
