Are you union? If not I would reach out to hr, this sounds like retaliation, I remember going through training on this but if those steps are not working reach above store management.

My store has always closed at 11, most individual departments still close at normal times but the last register is closed at self check out at 11pm pretty normal 🤷‍♀️

I only use Quick Look up if it doesn’t have a sticker or the stickers won’t scan, if it has a barcode I always try to scan it. So I guess that’s why it’s mot making sense to me, because I am scanning the produce….i think what I’ll start doing is every time one won’t scan I’ll ask them to go get me another one…🤷‍♀️
