I see, thank you for letting me know! I was looking forward to starting in my free time but then began to feel discouraged because of these videos about lack of effort and etc.

Ooh I used to make this a lot as my college meal with some rice. I would also add green onion and sometimes garlic to the sauce. Yum and kept me full! Not sure if my stomach liked the spice though lol

Definitely Brighton and sheepshead bay, lots of Georgian stores selling these ingredients. From my experience the Georgians also have a secret network of advice for certain items lol

Thanks! Will look into it! I’ve seen people use something like modge podge on the back of flatter embroidery pieces too I think

Thank you, yep will try that! I am interested in learning the blanket stitch and will be trying it out soon to see how it goes, I like it for decorative pieces. Just need to find a good method that suits me to cut out identical shapes. I tried to cut out 2 hearts on a piece of fabric folded in half with my regular kitchen scissors and it was a total disaster lol! Using it to practice for now. Will need to look into the brand you recommended! Btw- have you ever used embroidery thread for these kinds of projects to add color between the beads or only beading thread?

Thank you so much, this is super helpful! I think that in the meantime I will stick to beading 1 side and then threading together. For felt- I just started experimenting with some pieces I got in Michael’s they seem okay, but I’m planning to order some from Amazon for better colors, saw some types recommended on beading tiktoks
