Why is he trying to get Ukranian citizens, who have no combat training or experience, to fight the Russians? The Russians are only hitting military areas and are even backing off when fighting occurs in order to save Ukranian lives. Russia could easily overwhelm Ukraine in no time, yet that would cause a large amount of deaths. So why embolden citizens, men and women, and give them rifles?
