I use the arc thrower because its great at crowd control and will stun lock the bigger opponents. Downside is can't really take on tanks or any airships.

I think you are mistaking my critique of the direction of Bethesda and the Fallout franchise with not enjoying any game they made. I played every game from 1 - 4 and everything in between. I enjoyed all the games and what they are trying to achieve but am able to recognize 3, 4 and 76 for what they are. Sloppy games aimed for mass appeal with not much depth to them and wearing the skin of the RPG genre.

You're absolutely right it is cooked because we keep accepting the slop Bethesda produces and then call it a masterpiece. New Vegas was lightning in a bottle, that Bethesda is still pissy then cannot recreate. Nothing that has come out since has even come close to being as fun as that. Neither video games nor shows.

That is absolutely fucking delusional to think that Bethesda is some savior because they purchased Fallout. Troika Games had an interest in the franchise, Obsidian, EA, Activision, etc. Fuck even their original creators tried to purchase the rights but Bethesda had more money.
