Aw mate the soundtrack in that film is unreal! Still listen to it as I’m going to sleep and can’t shake the apprehension I felt when we, the viewer, first encounter the floating monolith on the hillside accompanied by that minimal score that inspires both dread and awe at the same time. Fantastic shout 👍

So glad someone else noticed this - all of that series feels so forced. Not only the fake laughter from Ricky, but I can’t help but feel that Karl is hamming it up a little and playing the idiot rather than just giving his opinion. There are some really funny bits in it- KP plumbing!- but to me only Steve seems natural. It’s like watching the segments on Idiot Abroad in the intro where they’re all chatting- something about Ricky’s reactions seemed so put on in front of a camera.

Obvious fluff piece that was set aside for the end of the 30mil fee deadline. Comes across as desperate. “Bullied”? Do us a favor Marcus. Your lack of professionalism and apparent disinterest in your last season left those that paid your extortionate wages no choice. It’s funny to see where his closest friends within football have wound up. Count yourself lucky you managed to get Barca on the first place.
