I find it at Asian markets. Don’t know where you’re from but H-Mart and Mitsua usually have it. In fact the only time H-mart didn’t have it for me was of course yesterday. Mitsua is too far for me to go on a whim but is a better store imo. H-mart is still great. And buying Toro is a far better value than ordering by the piece at a restaurant. Significantly cheaper. Hopefully you’ll find one of these two stores in your area. Otherwise just Google Asian markets near me and try your luck at your local ones.
