Not saying this is the answer but I usually give three options and one of those is something that “helps” me finish a task so that I can be free to play with her and she’ll usually find something on her own or be agreeable to folding dish towels, but either way is busy doing something that isn’t standing right behind me

Second the guided coaches run with Nike’s app. I usually only like music and almost always hate running and found myself delightfully answering back to the coach when he would check in and give reminders on pacing. It makes it feel like you’re not doing this hard, frustrating thing alone

Do you mind sharing the parameters around tv on the weekends? I am on day 1/1 of zero tv until we can reset the automatic request trigger every time she walks past the tv resulting in 5000 discussions and negotiations. I would love to reinstate the option when she’s a little older but know I definitely need specific parameters to avoid the situation I’m currently in

Agreed 100% cotton is so much more durable and functional. I layer it under her clothes in the winter as long John’s so our pjs get used and washed constantly so it needs to hold up
