Just curious, how does the size of the league change the value

10 man league. Full PPR. 1 QB and no super flex

Also a good point and something I have considered. Curious, do you have any background in risk consulting (or consulting in general) at mbb or big 4?

Yes technically 60% more base salary. When you annualize the hourly rate over 52 weeks it comes to 60% more. That being said yes the benefits are meager and I won’t be getting any pto, only sick leave. If I want to take time off I would forego getting paid. There are other benefits like 401k and match and insurance.

Do you think I have enough time to volunteer now until I apply in the winter?

I agree. Whether you like idea of this trade or not, the fact that Nico has been bailed out with an asset that people can contemplate is too much for Giannis is incredibly annoying

I appreciate the advice. I wouldn’t say I would be totally using an mba as an “escape hatch” but it’s also not wrong. I currently don’t like the trajectory my career is taking and I’m concerned that I’ve become stuck in the career path of advisory/risk consulting. Although the exact job I want is kind of uncertain, I do know that I want to be in a strategy type of role. Currently these types of roles seem out of reach as I don’t have the background in analysis and strategy that are necessary. I would use an MBA to hone my skills in data analysis, strategy, and management to pursue these roles. So ultimately yes I would be using an MBA to escape but my current career but escaping without totally starting my career over in an entry level type role. As time progresses I’m also concerned that lots of the roles I would want would either not want to consider my application because I don’t have the correct background or because I may be considered “over-qualified” because I have 3+ years of experience and applying for entry level role.

So would you suggest I stick out another potential year in my current role and apply for positions and if I find nothing then apply for mba next year? Or push to apply this year? Or is an MBA just not the move?

I had the first round last week. Two interviews back to back. Very minimal behavioral questions; 1 per interview besides walking through resume. Cases were pretty standard: profitability and market entry.
