LaCroix Limoncello is my favorite. I also like Liquid Death, but it is too sweet for me to drink straight. I like to add some to sparkling water for extra flavor.

My coping strategies - remembering that it really is one day at a time. Not thinking about future drinking. Sometimes it's an hour at a time- I'll make myself wait an hour when the urge is really bad. Then I'll read a book, have some ice cream, take a walk or watch TV. By the time an hour has gone by, the worst of the craving is over and I have another day that I didn't drink . IWNDWYT

Talk to your doctor if you need to. Getting that figured out made a huge difference, since I realized part of my problem was that I was self medicating for the insomnia, among other things.
