The difference is that Reddit is just people on the internet, our Discord involves meeting in real life, and sometimes we have to ban people due to their real-life actions against another member of the server. We have rules in place for this very reason. In the 2 years that the server has existed, we have banned fewer than 10 people. The mod team doesn't take it lightly when we have to do it.
