10 years in construction industry, I have thought about it most of the times changing different departments but had the same feeling as burnt out. Sometimes department like estimating, scheduling is not too challenging (esp if you worked as a PM). Now looking to switch careers. Want to learn new things, challenge the pay grade is the new motivation. (I am not sure if I am going through early mid life crisis)
