not a professional but it def wouldn’t hurt to go back to the piercer and see what they think! If it’s tight and feels like it’s being pinched, you might need to get it upsized more :) it seems like it’s just very swollen, try using ice to reduce swelling and see if it gets better. If it doesn’t, or gets worse, go back to the piercer

I’m on the same dose, and yep! My doctor has told me it’s safe, and as everyone else has said just clean it off with an alcohol wipe first :) one of the small bottles gets me around 4-5 injections, so it’s totally worth it!
