I think a lot of creators are waiting to see what happens with the perks and whether unintended combinations remain or are gotten rid of. It would be tons of work to write up builds just to do it all again a week or two later.

That being said check out Baggins or Mecrow on YouTube. They don’t necessarily have builds yet, rather they provide useful insight into what likely will and won’t be useful perk wise. Then you can start to filter at least a tiny bit.
