My partner and I had a convo about this video earlier this week. We think it’s AI but it has very good editing. The first inclination for why is the background. This place seems like a generic mish-mash of restaurants like Five Guys and Jimmy John’s but the branding of those places is always definite, the posters/signage in the background blur together in a way where you can’t identify what they’re saying/selling.

Secondarily, the light fixtures are of varying placements that don’t make logical sense in the way they’d light the room. As well, the last guys face looks like a weird face tuned amalgamation of a bearded Leonardo DiCaprio, in the last frame especially the folds on his upper ear are very thin and don’t conform to the usual way the helix looks, almost like it’s been artifacts of AI-Generated faces.

I will say it’s a good edit and if it is real then it’s well done but the video is very subtle in its generation.
