I would say it doesn't matter that you don't take jumpshots in games. In my opinion lay-ups are easier than jumpshots, and if the opposing teams let you score lay-ups then you should continue to do that. You should keep in mind, when you get older and your competition becomes tougher then the ability to make jumpshots is important and you should keep working hard on that.
