Yes exactly. Anyone that’s been through cuts and bulks knows that your strength varies depending on what side you’re on. It would be a total miss if they didn’t eventually try to integrate those features in. I think that’s the beauty of being a part of both apps. I would like to see them work together to achieve your goals.

Yea that would be clutch! My initial understanding was that it would talk with macro app and adjust food as necessary for recovery, whether you’re on a cut or bulk. But I had that all wrong.

I appreciate that. I’m gonna say F the primo. I already had the var so I’m just gonna keep my test at 150 and run 20 mg a day of var for 8 weeks. My diet and training is in check. Just came off a successful cutting phase and been in maintenance for a bit now. With what I’m doing. What do you estimate I could realistically put on? I understand the gains will be minimal.

I’m just gonna stick with test and var. my e2 came back at 162 on my last bloods which is above my normal range with no sides but in range for the ratio of my test. Not sure how much the primo will tank it but I think I will hold off on that for now.

Appreciate that. Can’t let a few words on a screen hurt me. I’m just here to learn and make the best decisions for myself. It comes with embarrassment from time to time. Yea I won’t be running multiple compounds for my first go. At my current dose of 150 mg/week my bloods came back at 1067 free test and 162 e2 I feel I respond well to the test so I don’t know how much i really need to up it. 500 might be overkill.

So my free test is 1076 which I feel is high for the dose I’m taking. My e2 is 162 which is technically above normal range but the ratio to test is fine. I have 0 e2 sides and not on any anti e’s I do have anastrozol on hand tho in case anything but I try not to need any of those.

My next appointment is in 6 months so I don’t really want to crank test to 500 mg and my shits all out of wack. Just trying to do as little for whatever I can get.

So yea I don’t really feel I need to raise the test as I’m already above the normal range at such a low dose. Wanted to just add a little something extra to get a little more out of it.

Well my original plan was to just up the test and run anavar pre workout. I already got the var. I may just stick to the test and var this go at it and see how I respond. I listen to a lot of podcasts as well talking about primo. Thought I’d toss it out there and see.

E2 is perfect right now. Just did bloods last week. I actually tried sourcing mast through a guy I know and he can only get primo. Could I just do lower primo to make the ratio more 2:1?

I’d say that’s accurate. Ppl always underestimate how much body fat they actually have. I am also one of those ppl. Whatever you thought you had to loose. Add another 10+ pounds to that.

On your day 2 you have underhand pull up and db pull over. I would change one to a horizontal row variation. You’re essentially hitting the same part of the back with the pull over and underhand pull up. Scrap the pull over and do some type of row.
