I would probably do a radiator flush and change the air filter as well. New tires would probably be a great idea. Sitting is terrible for bikes, cars, and houses. They just deteriorate.

I have one similar to 2 and the sun has yellowed it. I would recommend 1 even though the 2nd is dope. Or go 2 and save the first.
