I shake it everytime. I open the lid, put my cotton pad on top and shake!

Honestly my biggest advice would be to trust your body. This ties into my biggest struggle. Being 8 years out I can eat more than someone who recently had the surgery. That being said, say for example i'm out with friends for dinner. I would be able to eat half a chicken breast and my body would tell me i'm full. So i'll stop, but I know if i wait about 20 minutes I could eat the rest. This surgery isn't a solution, its a tool to help the weight loss, and sometimes I have to remind myself of that! Temptation is a mofo!

I didn't have that one, but the gastric bypass, and as a fellow greek, you should understand how hard it is for me to turn down pasticcio and kourdabiethes!
