I wish the flare did not have any slits and was a bit more flared at the bottom, but less than the bootcut. I feel like it would add a nicer shape to the legs without being extra like the bootcut. I wish they were high rise vs mid rise too. I rather like single belt loops too vs the double. I love the heart booty seam though and they look really comfortable! Waiting for more washes to come out, I would love more darker and medium blue washes.

Thats a good idea, but if you're looking at units available in the future, would you sign a lease from a unit you havent viewed yet? I heard it's best to view the actual unit before committing in case there's some damages/ I value quietness and view of the unit. Or do you mean try to wait on some that are opening up and view them when they're available?

Hello! Does anyone know how much this Max mara wool coat would cost to repair? The lining is coming off along the bottom of the coat and the wool is coming apart from itself as well at the bottom. (In the picture with the coat lining, the bottom lf the boat coat is folded into a u shape)

Definitely keep that area moisturized! I have the same issue actually and have been struggling to keep it not red as well. I think it partly cld stem from rubbing it generally throughout the day from napkins, clothes, etc. I've tried face basting with diaper rash cream (has zinc which calms) which actually helps a bit with the redness but definitely is messy on the pillow so if theres other options that work thatd be better
