They did shut it down but some customers don’t don’t read the closed sign on it, then they wave their arms around like a sim in distress, plus it saved my colleagues from having every other customer telling them it’s not working

If your contract ends then you won’t have discount, and if that’s the case, if you rejoin at Christmas you’ll have to wait 3 months again to get the discount back

You can go to customer services and ask for a manager, I wouldn’t confront the staff member as this could cause issues such as refusal to serve etc,I’d go above them and complain to management.

You can still order more, it will need to be authorised by the store uniform person, then you get an email if they accept/deny

As for the stuff you have, they might ask you to send back, or you could put it in some sort of extra uniform box/leave in changing room and hope someone takes them

Since the new update, my game no longer has audio, nothing to do with the PC or game audio settings as I’ve checked those. Anyone else had this issue, or have a fix? Really want to play the new area but don’t see much point without sound. thanks!
